Parts (spark plug, oil, air filter, fuel filter) are included in the listed prices for the tune-up packages. If additional parts are needed (blades, belts, etc.), they are billed separately at cost — we'll always tell you upfront before ordering anything. No surprises.
You pay once for the season and we come out twice — once in spring to start things up and once in fall to winterize. You'll get a reminder text or email before each visit. You can also add machines or modify your plan any time.
The Season Plan covers up to 2 machines. For 3 or more machines, text us for fleet pricing — we offer significant volume discounts for multiple units.
No contracts, ever. One-time services are pay-as-you-go. The Season Plan is a one-time seasonal payment — no auto-renew unless you choose to sign up again next year.
